While you can message your health coach at any time, they will only respond during your scheduled check-in. Check-ins are typically once per week or fortnightly, depending on the stage of your programme.

Your coach reviews your progress and messages before your check-in to provide personalised advice. This system ensures focused and high-quality support tailored to your needs.

When to Expect Replies
Your health coach will let you know when to expect their messages when you start the programme. They will also let you know if they are take any planned leave, and how this will impact your check-in schedule. Outside of the scheduled check-in times, your health coach is unable to actively monitor your messages.
