Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pause and restart your programme once you’ve started. However, our programmes are designed to be flexible, allowing you to continue benefiting even if you need to take a short break.

Your health coach will continue to check in with you via video and text messages, even if you’re on holiday or unable to respond for a week or two.

If you’re inactive on the Liva app for more than a month, you’ll be automatically discharged from the programme. If you anticipate any challenges that may prevent you from engaging with the programme, you can request to be discharged by contacting us below.

If you decide to re-join the programme in the future, you can request a new referral from your GP or healthcare professional, and we’ll be happy to help you start again.
