Due to the digital nature of our programme, our app is designed for smartphones and tablets only and is not compatible with desktop devices. As such, a smartphone or tablet device is a requirement for joining any of our programmes.
We are also unable to deliver any programme content via email or phone calls. All communication between Liva health coaches and people accessing our programmes must occur within the Liva app to ensure that all interactions are recorded appropriately, and to ensure the safety of both you and our health coaches.
