Our system will automatically match the details you enter into the Liva app to the details provided by your referrer. If our system does not recognise the email address you enter, it will assume you haven't been referred yet and request a referral code or payment for the programme. Please be assured that all of the NHS programmes that we provide are free of charge.

  • Double-check that you are entering the same email address as the one your referrer has shared with us
  • Make sure there are no spaces after the email address
