How do I integrate Liva with Health Connect?
- Check Device Compatibility: Make sure your device is running Android 9 (Pie) or later to use Health Connect.
- Install Health Connect: If it's not already on your device, download and install the Health Connect app from the Google Play Store.
- Open Liva: Launch the Liva app and navigate to the settings sections under profile. Choose “Connected apps”
- Enable Health Connect Integration: Find the Health Connect option and toggle it to enable integration.
- Grant Permissions: You will be prompted to allow Liva to access your health data via Health Connect—grant the necessary permissions for steps and weight data.
- Data Synchronisation: Once permissions are granted, Liva will automatically start pulling steps and weight data from Health Connect.
What data does Liva pull from Health Connect?
The Liva app currently pulls the following data:

Why can't I see my steps and weight data in Liva?
Ensure that:
- You have granted permissions for step and weight data.
- Data syncing is enabled in Health Connect. Be aware that Health Connect cannot be found similar to your other apps. You must navigate to the Play Store, search for Health Connect, and choose “Open” to access the app.
- Your app is up to date, and there are no connection issues.
