Before being able to book an appointment with a health coach, you will need to complete any outstanding tasks in your task list. This can be found on the 'Today' page in the Liva app. Typically tasks include completing any Initial Assessment Questionnaires and may include entering your starting metrics such as height and weight.

Once you have completed all tasks, refresh the Liva app and select the "Book your first 1:1 live video session" banner at the top of the screen, or via the calendar pop-up that appears when you log in to the app.

Please note: If you have completed the above steps and are unable to book, this may be because you have not attended two appointments without prior notice. Last minute cancellations are also considered as non-attendance. Two occasions of non-attendance will result in discharge from the programme.
