As a digital service, technical issues can occasionally occur on either the health coach's side or the user's side and we’re sorry to hear that your initial video consultation did not work out.

To schedule a new video consultation, open the Liva app, and a calendar prompt will appear, allowing you to select a suitable time and date for your appointment.

Please ensure that you have a strong internet connection for the call duration. You will also need to make sure that you have allowed the Liva app to access your microphone and camera and ensure that your audio is turned on and the volume is up.

Please note that the meeting link will only work approximately 5 minutes before your appointment time.
